vietkid92- Actually, you would be better off working with a 6ft pole, seeing as that is the standard pole size for a teen/adult. Now, i would suggest that the flag be weighted. That way, the flag will rotate properly and wont cause any brain damage from the hits on the head. (Anthony) [BA Colorguard]

I try doing it on my 5ft flag (unweighted) and it's really hard to perfect it. Is it easier to do on heavier flags?
