Actually I'm Canadian, caucasian. They understand "come on" quite well actually, esp. when you have a pack of biscuits in your hand! It has more to do with body language and tone of voice than with the actual words.
(Probably) Indian call centre girl who speaks accented English. I wish she did it in Indian-English accent or Hindi/ Gujrati...for the sake of our desi street dogs. They hardly understand 'come on'...just say 'lay-lay-lay' or 'aa-aa-aa'..lol!! No wrong ideas plz. - I love our women and dogs.
Anyway, some are sick, some are hungry, many are happy many are sad and many keep reproducing ... hey; sounds like people. The point is, that is why we are advocating, to the point of belligerence, that the municipal corporation resume sterilization and vaccination of street dogs on a massive scale. It's been done before in Ahmedabad, by AHF, and they can do it again, if the AMC chooses to fund it. Right now they are doing 50 dogs per day, but that number needs to be increased.
