Looks like a salute shell some on lit off on the ground to me. It starts out with either the quick match going off or the lift followed by a BOOM. Just a 1.3g salute some one lit off on the ground.

First off.... It's not a mortar, the police here also calls them bombs, because they are. It was round as a ball, I filmed it from my apartment at the first floor about 100 metres away. I didn't set off the bomb. The tiles that it stod on had a crack afterwards, it was no mortar that was placed upside down :)

I did not set it off, my GF's younger brother went downstairs to set off his rocket, but someone was allready down there and set that bomb off.
