  • I think this song was in a bikergang flick that starred wilem defoe as a villain sometime in the 80s?, it must have because it conjures up images of black jackets, greasy hair and harleys whenever i hear it !

  • @sonnythetwit ,,,,the film was streets of fire

  • @JEDIwithin Yes thats it! I thought it was from another biker movie called 'Loveless' in which Defoe played a baddie, but remember the movie with this song in had a distinctive 80s look about it. thanks for that.

  • ahhh...no! 2 different decades...they are not the same.

  • true...but still

  • I agree feelingthatway, new music is way too whiney for me. It seems like every song is complaining about something mondane.

  • hahaha true that, this song has such great, true, hopeful lyrics

  • im only 15 but love this old music, reminds me of when i was a little kid, all the new music sux.

  • No more timing

Each tear that falls from my eyes

    I'm not hiding

The remedy to cure this old heart of mine

  • Moving sidewalk

I don't see under my feet

    Climbing up from

    Down here below

Where the streets see me lonely for you

  • I can dream about you

If I can't hold you tonight

    I can dream about you

You know how to hold me just right

    (I can dream about you)

I'm gonna press my lips against you

And hold you tight to me

    (I can dream about you)

You know you got me spellbound

    What else can it be

  • Moving sidewalks

I don't see under my feet

Climbing up from the pain in my heart

'Cause it's you that I need

  • I can dream

    Whoooa-oh, oooh, oh-oh, oh

    (Whoooa-oh, oooh, oh-oh, oh)

    I can dream

    Yes I can dream

    Whoooa-oh, oooh, oh-oh, oh

  • I don't understand it

I can't keep my mind off loving you

    (Not even for a minute)

    Oooh, now baby,

I'm caught up in the magic I see in you

    There's one thing to do

  • I can dream about you

If I can't hold you tonight

    I can dream about you

You know how to hold me just right

    (Whoooa-oh, oooh, oh-oh, oh)

    I can dream about you

If I can't hold you tonight

Oooh, I can dream about you

    Oooh, I can dream..
