I don't like her kick, I say she moves her upper body too much, and the kick is way too wide.

Good example of how important is to keep knees and anckes together to obtain maximum propulsion in dolphin kick. Great video! Great swimmer! Thanks a lot!

@kgtateddy They shouldn't, you should be using your core, not your joints. Also, water is less harsh on the body than ground, i.e., running.
