@YonMoor in gt5 you cant. The final game that is. Ivw come across no cheaters yet and if they try to ruin the game by driving backwards they become a ghost

That looks seriously shite compared to Forza 2, what is going on??? Half the time the cars are half invisible and at other times you can hit them, confusing!! Looks like more of an arcade game that you would expect down the seafront than a simulator.

A good example is the red car at 3:20 to 3:25.

Most of the time when a car moves eratically and ghosts out, it jumps back to the position it moved away from in the first place. So is it lag or a hiccup in the physics engine - or a combo of both? This goes along with my other comment I posted. I think the programmers need to find a method to smooth that out. Newton's first law still applies, right? Most erratic movement seems to be over in a fraction of a second, so a fix wouldn't have a great effect on gameplay for that individual.

GT5 online racing is a lot of fun, but who would agree the programmers should have put a feature to approximate a cars course instead it jumping around - presumably due to lag - and ghosting out? If there were more close contact pile ups or collisions with spinning cars, would it make the gameplay any worse? I don't think so IMHO. The results would be the same for everybody.

I'm not a big fan of the GT series (I prefer arcade racing games like burnout), but still it's a great racing game and close to perfection. Some online features like lobbies or voice chat would be nice but still a great game.

I'd give it an 9/10.
