@Wayneman117 Y'all were good and it may not look it here on this video, but USC had something going on under Coach Joe Morrison until he died suddenly only a few months after this game against Clemson. It would be interesting to see how both teams would have done throughout the 90's and up to the present had things worked out for Danny Ford and Joe Morrison.
Poor old Todd Ellis, poor thing probably still has nightmares of Clemson and that hit. Not to mention he has to have the most annoying game call voice in the country.

I love the hit that Hatcher put on Todd Ellis.Ellis was nothing but a overhyped overrated quarterback who was lucky to have been able to play with one of the best wide recievers in college Sterling Sharpe.Todd sucked

This would be Joe Morrison's last rival game since he passed in Feb.1989 and while I love the Tigers, Joe Morrison was a good coach for them and had a good record but the steroids scandal did him in from every aspect. Course, we ain't been the same since Ford left in January 90.

It is so amazing what has happened to Clemson football pretty much since Danny Ford left. They were THE POWERHOUSE in the ACC beating national out of conference teams every year-Oklahoma, Florida State, Nebraska. They are just not the same!
