Well i'm not sure about this thing. I just looked up a video on it there.

From what it looks like its its got a mixer built in. One thing that you'll need in this case is two outputs from the two separate cd players on board. These would be pluged into the serato sound interface. And then you'd need a means of plugging the outputs on the sound interface into the mixer on your unit with the sound from serato on your laptop.

VDJ is a decent program. It has its place. It can do video, which is something serato can do only with the TTM57SL mixer for now.
