i had my biggest wake up call this summer... im a mother of 4 and im a BBW .. but i do tend to talk bad about myself... this summer we were at a summer party and my oldest son would't want to go swimming with the others kids .. so i asked him why ? and he looked at me and said ... i dont like my body im fat... i cryed my eyes out.. cause he is not near fat... he is almost under weight ... from that moment i knew i had to change ... and i did ... i will never again talk bad about myself :D

yeah! Jillian is awesome and yes, we do the fat talk. I think sometime it is more to try to bond with other women who are not as fit as we are. I work out and I am fit but I do put my self donw a bit when I talk with friends who struggle. I see how it can be damaging too, the best thing would be to find a balance a way to encourage them withouth having to disguise my efforts to be fit. I love Jillian and her workouts.. she is awesome

Awesome points. Especially the parent/child thing. My mum definitely let a few things rub off on me as a kid...however I broke through that whole blah thing and I pretty darn happy with what God gave me to work with :)
