thats from the unreal voodoo website, that lists there own projects. Guitar star is not listed.

the point of the video is that they are the same game, but they are not made by the same person. hence the term "ripping off"

Do your research, the people who made frets on fire (an open source game from finland, not anything to do with guitar star) was unreal voodoo, a quick look shows that guitar star is NOT one of there projects.

Well, FoF sucks anyway. Use Guitar Zero 2, more modable and more to come with the initial release, or just use GH3 for PC.

Either way, i tried FoF and the quality, FPS, and stability was horrible. (the community sucked, and the game mods werent that great)

i have used both GZ (i aint used GZ2 yet), and Fof, and i LOVE fof, the FPS issue isnt a problem on my pc, it runs like a dream.

as for stability, that makes me think you used the latest FOF, which is known to have stability issues, thats why many people have downgraded to the last one, and used RF-MOD on that version, so many people see this as almost a upgrade lol :D!.

and the community i find it quite good, i havent had any problems, and i have a seriously large amount of songs to :D!

meh, the moderators there were dicks, it was no fun there at all.

Try the new Gz2, im helping callisto (the maker) integrate stage support, and im converting all the stages from GH2 to it, hopefully going to get things animated too. Its loads better than anything else out there as of now. I might even switch from Gh3 for PC to GZ2.
