  • always in the mood for the song

  • what song plays this songs during the "credits"?

  • lol neil at 1:20 " so i have eight toms,. someone time me and see how fast i can get down all of them"

  • Everything on this tour they played so fast. I like it.

  • Aw man, I wish they would always end their concerts with this song. Its the absolute perfect song to end on.

  • Geddy seems so hip

  • I always liked this vid, but I never cared for the mix. He said "boobie". Huh huh. Heh heh huh huh. HEH HEH HEH huh huh huh.

  • I always thought it was weird that he went from a massive Ric 4001 in the 70's to a

little Steinberger in the 80's. Oh, and a mullet too. Gotta love the 80's!

  • 0:33 did he just say "Hey boobie, its a quarter to eight" ????? XD

  • @Xeivous -bubbie, yiddish for grandmother.

  • rush, keeping it real when much else wasn't. GUP was still awesome stuff though.

    Interesting vid, thanks.

  • sounds like Geddy said booby instead of baby "hey booby, it's a quarter to 8".lol

  • I hate this version. Click on Rush- In the mood - Live 1975 < The best version in my ears.

  • Now this is the shit baby! This is talent and skill. This is ROCK! Flip all those pansieass bitches doing that glam rock. Glamours you missed the boat. Only David gets that award. The rest it's aaaalll about lead guitar and fast drumming with the support of goooooo assss bass like you see here

  • i think back in the day people wanted the older stuff more. personally if i could see this concert id want to see the GUP stuff.

  • Does anybody know what is the name of the song played at the end credits of the vhs/dvd?

    Thank you.

  • It's the middle of Afterimage from Grace Under Pressure. It's the lead up to the guitar solo.

  • This was actually a pretty popular song. It'd be cool to hear it again now, seeing as how they played this song until as late as 1989 for the Presto tour.

  • No synths, refreshing

  • Did he just say, "Hey Boobies its getting late!" ?

  • Get rid of that Steinberger.

  • What!!! That's the coolest bass Geddy has ever had.

  • @mooghammondb3 There used to be a great video of Geddy here on YouTube where he talks about all of his basses through the years, and how he could never get the sound or bottom end from the Steinberger that he wanted. Those things are only useful as canoe paddles.

  • Did Neil modify the rolls because this was a John Rutsey drum song?

  • Ged seemed a little hip on this tour. These guys just plain RULE

  • they are SO PROOOOOOOOOOO

they are THE BEST band EVERR

  • agreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • i love how everybody is freaking out about the most "un-rushish" song in the setlist.

  • dude back in the 80's, if you knew all the words to this song, you got laid. i dont know why my step dad wont tell me why.

  • too bad this came out in 1974

  • ... and? you cant get laid in the 80's?

    i was only joking.

  • i get it...i wasn't really listening to this song until 1981 and it was pretty popular then...

p.s. i got laid while listening to this at a heavy metal party.

  • awesome

little bit of rush makes a lady wanna do some guy alright...

  • yea rush best band ever!- cool video

  • lmfao booby

    omg that is too funny

It's always so awesome to see them play when they were younger. It makes me wish I was 10 years older right now. It kinda sucks having your favorite band be around for over 30 years and you've only been alive for 18

    Rush on!

  • So true dood lol

  • Agreed. Being only 23 myself, I would I loved to have seen these guys in their prime.

Greatest F'n band to ever roam the land!

  • The best Skynyrd tune played by Rush ever!

Seriously, Mainstream FM Rock Stations were still playing this in the mid -to- late '80's.

  • this aint a skynyrd tune, its off rushs first album

  • lol nacho, you must feel embarassed.

  • Wow. You guys are really dense.

OF COURSE I know this isn't a Skynard tune.

It just sounds like one. Duh...

  • No offence dood but ya didnt make that clear enuf, cant pick up on the tone or sarcasum thru text lol

  • Holy crap, so much to say! This performance is f'n awesome, geddy says booby, and Neil Peart has a PONYTAIL! Rush is the greatest f'n band of all time!

  • @jesusonguitar RRRRUSH! the greatest band ever! one of the best live shows anybody could ever see. i seen the { Grace under Pressure} tour twice in 1984 and it stays with me even to this day. an experience i will never forget. :) D

  • it sounds like geddy is saying booby lolz

  • he is lol

  • It's sounds like he's saying bully

  • awesome vid, man! glad to see it here on yt!
