Neji's eye (aka. Byakugan) gives him a 360 degree vision of everything thats around him. He can also see across amazing distance and pinpoint almost anything regardless of distance. Sauske's eye (aka. Sharingan) is able to see movement almost before it happens. His reaction time speeds up and he is also able to use genjutsu (illusionary techniques). ive counted at least 5 different kinds of Sharingan eyes, where as the byakugan only is itself
