if you guys are having trouble or are frustrated... there's an easy way to beat this mission. to get into the asylum with out having any of the workers catch you just wear the "orderly uniform." just put in the cheat to unlock all clothes which is: press L1(2), R1, L1(3), R1(2) on controller two (you need two controllers). after that just go to your closet, put on the uniform and then go to the asylum. since you have the uniform on, the workers won't know who you are so you don't have to sneak.

if you have already done the mission finding johnny vincent, you unlock the asylum uniform. if you wear that while doing this mission then you will not be spotted by the people working there...hope this helped !! :)
