As much of a joke as the original English dub is, the Falconer music really helped with the atmosphere, especially during this scene.

Music between the Japanese & English dubs is a mixed bag for me. Some parts the original music is better, while with others Falconer fits better. Nothing wrong with liking both either way, right?

There is no such thing as a best dub. Just an accurate one & and innaccurate ones, and a english VA by no means should try to imitate aspects of another's voice. Its exactly why season 3 of DBZ has such shitty voice acting

Nozawa's role as VA for then Son family could be considered artistic license, if not for the fact that Toei is so lazy, they just had her voice Bardock because they still had to pay her for the 2 minutes of Goku in the special. There is no reason for it

I believe I have argued this with you before, and I am aware she voiced Goku as a child, in which she was great, but in my opinion she is miscast as Adult Goku, Adult Gohan, Bardock, & Turles.

The Final Flash only took off Cell's arm, while the ITK destroyed everything from the torso and up. As for not using all of his strength, I believe he used most of what was left. After all, Trunks did say that he "focused" his attack, thus we can assume that a regular Final Flash would spread out, the farther it traveled(like buckshot)

Final Flash was strong enough to blow off Cell's limbs, therefore it must be stronger than the average Ki attack that damaged 16's skull. So if it had hit directly, then 16 would've been killed.

Trunks also stated that a direct hit would destroy the planet

Since neither occurred, one can only assume that the Final Flash only grazed Cell, unlike the ITK, yet still tore him apart, I believe Final Flash is stronger

DBZ Kai LOOKS so much better, so crisp and clear, and the sound effects are so good. If they had done the Buu saga as well I probably would have bought Kai. I have the remastered box sets and the pacing is so sluggish in a lot of places that just ruins the fighting.

It's also because Bruce Falconer's studio closed down at 2006, and not to mention that he was fired from Funimation long before then. It's also worth mentioning that Falconer took credit for the work that other people did for him, namely the staff members in his studio who wrote most of the music for the original english dub, so on top of all of that he was a fraud.
