We saw him in the Times Square neighborhood in NYC on November 21.  We recognized him from seeing him in Atlantic City five years ago. A dedicated street performer--he's worth every dollar people give him!

I've gone to Atlantic City and its boardwalk enough times but I'm sad to say I've never come across this guy. Next time I'm there I'll be sure to look for him, I like the beat. And I'll give him a nice sum (or try to with my high school student budget..)
