  • @Hhih2

thats way too easy man. you can build churches, cathedrals and others buildings to the glory of religion but when it comes to art that is un-common then it becomes an eye-sore. Now being a very wealthy man does mean that you have to stick to stereotypes and collect luxurious cars, 16th century painting and have tea parties every sunday afternoon just to "be" like others. the man is an artisit with a different vision, let him be so.

    freedom is expression !

  • @jolicoq your argument is false. First, you compare the 16th century when the social, political, and the importance of religion were deeply different. I am a graffiti artist, and the question of freedom of expression is important for us in our work there is this fascinating question. But here it is just a pervert billionaire, who has rigged the trial and justice. If, as an artist, you feel close to him is that you're wrong. This is not a arstite!

  • @Hhih2 man you sure have an issue with this guys money. as for the social, political and importance of religion, it was indeed different, but isnt difference that make things move forward. difference means change and change for most simple minded humans is a scary thing. then again i think you hold a personal grudge against the owner of this house. you seems very stuborn and they is no place for change in your mind. anyway, i respect your point of view but deeply NOT agree.

  • @jolicoq You don't understand. The question posed by this house is not that of freedom of expression. It is the law, justice, and legal right. The village of " saint romain aux mont d'or" where the house is subject to a planning law: people can not even choose the color of their doors, the size of their windows or even build a garden and so on. because the law protects the village from the sixteenth century!

  • @jolicoq I am also an architecture student, and the law forces them to conserve the heritage in France. It's about respect for justice, and law. You want different views, freedom? Comes to us graffiti, comes in Libya, Tunisia, Iran, or even in France, in squats in Paris, Berlin, which are madeby true artists, with whom we can speak of freedom of expression. There is not to agree with my point of view, the law is the city code.

  • @jolicoq The guy truncates the trial. I do not know him, I just read a lot of stories about this case. The pros and cons.
