@thefatalisk66 loved saboteur but it is somewhat free roam they give you the objective and sometimes a time and you can set up whereever you want and take on the objective however you want bc if it was like a saboteur or GTA free roam it just wouldnt work

Todays generation wont remember the original game in the past, so one might dislike for game type/graphics, but this is one of those games that took stealth and its unique sniping kill cam in a different way to all shooters such as cod ect. Sniper ghost warrior aint got nothin on this.

this game is more for hitman fans han cod or battlefield and if you liked sniper elite you will not care about graphics, its all about gameplay, in first game enemy never walked same path after restart from last save, only thing it needed was coop on pc, only consoles had that. Why do I feel like this game will have boring repetetive levels with an uninteresting story. The game looks decent, the graphics arent to good but its good. I feel like this is gonna turn out like 40k: Space Marines where they hyped it up so much to be good but then it was utter garbage, their multiplayer was broken/boring and the campaign was just so repetetive and dull.

@MrLsw95 If you never have tried this game please try it out, apparently you can play it on the xbox 360 by adjusting the dpi settings on tv or monitor down to 480 specs.

This looks... interesting as hell. I'm generally into stealth games only if they let me get away with a zero-kill run {DX, Thief, not Hitman, for example}, but this seems to have enough strategy to maybe reel me in. One big annoyance for me are the X-ray shots - points for anatomy class trivia, but it's kinda gross and unless it contributes to the gameplay, it might be better to cut it off, or make it optional.

Sadly, this game will never become popular. Adjusting your shots for wind and altitude is too difficult for the BF3 and Cowadooty gamers we have today.

@TriggerExDude Yes, you are right about the need to adjust your aiming based on distance in BF3 and BFBC2, but the wind there or Coriolis effect at long range(as seen in Sniper: Ghost Warrior) is not affecting your bullet trajectory.

@ggdell If there was wind too, no one would be playing Multiplayer as a Recon [sniper]. Even, just with bullet drop, running enemies are hard to hit, because you need some time to get used to certain bullet drop of a scope [8x or 12x most of the time].

It doesn't seem too hard to adjust the shots, seeing as most encounters will be close enough that at least the bullet will clip them somewhere. It looks like there will be a few long range ones, like the other snipers or important targets. I think I read somewhere that there is a hardcore mode, where you have to tell wind and distance on your own, which would be very fun.

@SteelCityDucati actually no i disagree, i think this game brings a whole new way of gameing. id rather play these types of games then cod or bf3. all battlefield games are terrible to me and cod is not much better, first game i ever owned was sniper elite 1 and i played that till the ps3 came out. i still play number 1 and now that number 2 is comming back out with karl again with new systems and abilities its a dream come true. i cant wait to play this game its a dream game for me

Where as a matter of fact CallOfDuty are very well made, thought out and very well programmed. If it were soo horrifically bad why would millions of people go out of their way to buy it?
