I think Templar's death was a way of emphasizing how intimadating, confident and sadistic Radec was. Remember that Radec supposedly executed 3 of his own men due to uniform violations... That's pretty heavy. Radec was an awesome villain, though not a main antagonist.

It's a shame that my favourite character in Killzone1 had to die, but when I saw Radec on the bridge I knew that Jan wasn't going anywhere, at least not alive. Let's hope in Killzone 3 the other 2 charecters show up (Luger and Hakka) to help Sev defeat the Helghast, and also hope that douchebag Rico finally dies off, hopefully in a stupid way!

haha exactly. even the music when Radec enters the bridge is like something that would go well with Darth Vader. I hate it how he dies in Killzone 2. He would have been the perfect villain for Killzone 3. I hope they have another Colonel in Killzone 3 who just as badass and almost the same as Colonel Radec with the same voice actor pretty much. He should also have like a Heghast Rapier Sword. That would be epic.

Yea I noticed that. But Radec shot himself through the head. U even see his brains go out so i doubt he's alive. But your so right about the map. That would be epic. Capture and Hold with the Archer Tanks and Helghast Dropships, and Mechs. Guerrilla Games needs to make a map like that for another DLC. That would be sexy.
