  • Your out of tune piano actually makes the songs sound pretty good

    By the way, Great Job

  • If someone ever did a silent remake of this. This would be the perfect piano music.

  • awesome Ark of the Covenant music!

  • Can I use this for a movie I'm making and posting? I'll give you credit.

  • @kurby345 Sure thing!

  • This is brilliant.

  • @VWVVWVVWV Thanks very much! :D It's a pity I only had access to an old, out-of-tune piano at the time, haha.

  • @1taken Appropriate for the film and the era though.

  • @VWVVWVVWV Fair enough, haha.

  • OMG! This is AMAZING!!!!!!

  • i dont hear desert chase

  • @FishfilmInc It's too difficult! =P

  • @1taken you said you inserted a bit of desert chase in this "track"

  • @FishfilmInc Ah, right - I was referring to the Raiders March statement at 2:38. =) Sorry, it's been a while since I recorded this, haha.

  • You missed a few parts.

  • Yep - I intentionally skipped several parts because they don't translate well to the piano, as described in the information box to the right. :)

  • Nicely done. Kind of like the old silent movies that needed live music.

  • How do u play that?

  • Incredible.

  • The music is mysterious...

  • Wow!!!! congratulations!!!

  • Nice

  • Totally awesome! I especially love how you captured the drama with the 'Ark Theme starting at (1:27). This must have been difficult. John Williams would be proud. Thanks for sharing.

  • Wow, nice work man! Very amazing

  • Nice work on The Miracle of the Ark, especially the part when everything turns nasty.

There are several midi files which will help you with your notes. URLs don't work with YT comments so here's the tinyurl code: dee59r

I always thought this scene was a worthy end to Raiders. A good ending to a film like that must have been hard to create from the concept to filming; very climactic. The Tabernacle is eerie especially when you know what's going to happen.

  • This is one of my favorite bits of score for any movie ever.

The piece that plays when the ark is opened at 1:48 I've always interpreted to be the theme of the covenant...mystical and beautiful, and saved for this precise moment in the film. When the face melting starts you hear what sound like whips, which ties into the oppression the Hebrews faced and the casting of the Nazis as modern day Pharaohs.

So much to think about just a little piece of music. Thanks for your interpretation!

  • EXCELLENT!!

  • Aw...

I knew it was Temple of Doom!

  • You're welcome.

Can you put the Desert Chase? It's my favorite part and some from the 2nd movie?

  • Amazing!I remember that ending...I was watching it with my mom when I was eleven,it was pretty scary.

You didn't put in Indy telling Marion to close her eyes.

  • Impressive job

  • This arrangement sounds like I should be watching an old silent movie. :D

  • I only have 4 syllables to summarize this performance- incredible!

  • nicley done. you dont have to respond im just showing respect.

  • Awesome! 2nd best idiana jones music! Have you noticed that part of it sounds like Phantom Manor's stetching room around 0:57. 5 stars

  • lol this is good but whats ghostley thing

  • WHATS THAT ABOUT

  • ''Marion whatever happens don't look at it !''

  • Very good.
