Fini Tribe and De Testimony came first (albeit not this version). Project Club's Dance With The Devil was a baleraric-aimed reworking of an unexpected Indie dance hit on the then nascent acid scene.
this a rave track played at london warehouse parties in 1986 before thyey knew what rave was! we used to take MDA & magic mushrooms & go to parties in squated warehouses in kings cross just as ecstacy was being discovered by the nedia. to me this and mantronix king of the beats were the anthems

Pardon the heck out of me but who can dance to this? Sounds like excellent driving music or for listening in your buds
while looking out the window of a plane or train.

My version has vocals on it maybe it's something else as this was made in 1988 supposedly

I have the vocal version on an old Balearic tape from 1988 which is excellent.

The version you speak about is:
Fini Tribe - De Testimony Collapsing Edit 1986
Nice and dark, it used to go down well at the original acid parties.

I found this on a tape I made in 1980 can't belive it's that old. It must have been so advanced for it's day!
