He gets hit in the face and supposedly breaks his nose and doesn't call the police. Same with all those other shows with repos.

Second, the director DOES decide what happens or doesn't happen in the show. Ofcourse it's not really calling the police, but a director decides if the actors should act like calling them.

That's why at the beginning of the show it says this is reenactments based on true stories. That's not their job in real life. I mean how many people go crazy and start coming at the repo people? It's all reenacted.
