JKD was the process that he used to create Jun Fan. Jun Fan was constantly changing. The people who claim something is or is not JKD based on the collection of techniques is clueless, lying, or confusing it with Jun Fan Gung Fu.
Nice exhibition, looks like vunak style, but I don`t think it was very apropriate to do knife fighting for audience (kids at least in the front, and the adults on the back don't look like enthusiastics of martial arts). I understand that the system is like that, but general people won't understand it. In my opinion, I would show a nicer side of the art, like in other jkd exhibitions....
I think here in Britain, where people are getting stabbed on a daily basis, showing any technique that has a real application to every day scenarios is far more valuable than the 'nicer side of the art'.

Here we say that JKD is comprised of Wing Chun, Boxing and Eppe Fencing. I know in Concpets you have these but also things like Muay Thai, Savate and Taekwondo. I agree that Sigung Bruce did actually do stuff like that, but he did modify those 23 other arts a lot. But mainly it was still WING CHUN, BOXING AND EPPE FENCING are main arts.
@ringaming I have trained with Concepts folks in the past. JKD is not my thing, I do self-defence, grappling, and MMA-type stuff. Your correct, but its what you do before and after the kick that matters. Building reations after the kick and just visualise your opponents attack is good, practising with a friend is better.
