@LaserAeroxRacingTeam ya jouko is great!!! do u know any of there specific PR's. I read ahola's best powerlifting deadlift was like 387.5kg in competition and 402.5kg in training not sure of his bench, squat or strongman records and for mariusz i saw a vid of him doing 400kg with a major hitch.

@tom88cba Sorry I don't remember the excact number's. If I remember right, at '97 he benched 220kg, deadlift you got right I think. He has also squatted 800lbs and stuff like that :D Also WR in Atlas Stone and Hercules hold!! Jouko = TOP 5 G.O.A.T

he appeared in some films and does construction for a living.

Yeh and odd haugen is 50 somthing but the deal is he has not been training for 10 years and if he could get in to the shape he was in when he got his two titles, he wont be able to match the strenght of today. in the last ten years they have gotten so much bigger and faster.

I believe it was in the late 90's in Finland. It was only one match and his opponent wasn't a real fighter. Jouko won by submission.
