Looks great! I was wondering though, have you heard of consoles being banned for modifications like this? I know it doesn't give you any competitive advantage against any opponents in game, but I'd heard rumor that Microsoft can tell how many volts your console is putting out. If the volts are too high, they can ban your console! I was just keeping my fingers crossed that the rumors were false!

To answer your question, No. Microsoft will not ban you for case mods. They can not tell how much energy is being put out, although, you can get banned for not having something plugged in, such as your drive or fan.

I bought the Xbox almost 6 years ago. I am looking to fix it myself and add some fans/lights in the process. Last thing I need is my console to be banned after all that work lol

Do you have plexiglass over the dvd drive? Or is it just open? Because i am modding mine right now and i don't really no if i should cut out the plexiglass for it. Or if it is even posable without the glass. Please let me no. You machine is beat by the way :P

hi i have a xbox360 mod too i understand the concerns u have after u cut out the windows u can glue plexi glass on the inside of the xbox i used xpoxy its a good glue. so it best u put glass so the stuff inside the xbox doesnt get damaged by any chance and just to let u know if your doing a window cut in your dvd drive im warning u cause i made window and when ever i stop or start up disc it makes a scraching noise and there is a tiny ring on my disc so just a notice 4 u :D
