is it better then cortisone shots? my physical therapist says i should get some cortisone infections. is the stuff ur using better?

i have lower back pain, and i having trigger points in my lower back. I don't really know whats wrong with my back i just know it gives me a lot of pain if i have to bend at all even a little bit.

omg every time you poked em my heart jumped. that looks PAINFUL!!! i got back pain but i hate needles. how bad does that hurt? will it work everytime? is it like the cortisone shots?

@dippy4life I have yet to meet a person who likes needles. I have been accused of stating the case of pain in a worse light than the actually experience. The pain is like any other time you have been stuck with a needle. Like a 3 on the pain scale. It works pretty darn well and is not cortisone.
