  • Very nice catch of that NS unit on the FEC! Absolutely great!

  • @rufec12 Thanks Rudy. That was the one and only time I ever saw NS run through power in South Florida. NS power was once common on the FEC several years back.

  • that must be one heavy boxcar lol

  • I love the sound of a train crossing diamonds! I like it and I'll fav it!

  • I remember seeing the same two NS geometry cars pulled by a FEC Geep through Edgewater, FL in 1998. It sure was hauling some ass and had to be at least the 60 mph limit, maybe even faster than that.

  • That there is a great shot! Well done! - Judd

  • Love the locals! Check out Miami Rail Watch group.

  • :-)

  • 5609 used to be on my line in NJ, that's intresting

  • You Had A Very Lucky Find There. That NS Buisness Train Had Some Executives On It Who Were Possibly Looking At Making Some Deal With FEC About Buying The Company. Now, CSX Already Had Every Other Piece Of Land, So They Couldn't Buy. Well, Someone Did: Fortress investment Group LLC. FYI, Fortress Bought RailAmerica. Hopefully The NS Relationship With FECI Won't Change.

  • BTW, When Was This Video Taken?

  • December 3rd.

  • FEC runs haulage intermodal over FEC. I doubt that relationship will change

  • wow thats alot of diamonds.

  • WHAT A CATCH! Did you expect to see the NS?

  • I did not expect the NS at all. The FEC crew working the crossings never told me that one was coming southbound. The only trains I was expecting was 222, 290, and Tri-Rail.
