One can compile any sort of Top 20, or Top 10 or Top 30 of Beatles tracks. That's all good. Their 5 biggest tracks of all time were - categorically - " Let It Be" ; " Hey Jude" ; I Wanna Hold Your Hand " ; " Yesterday " ; " Can't Buy Me Love ". They're not necessarily my personal favorites - they were just the biggest hits. They had a friggin' stack of mega hits the more you look into it. For example, even shit like : " Lady Madonna " and " Get Back " were huge hits.

Pretty good. It's not what I would've chosen, but then again, it's your list. I know most of these songs. I recently decided John Lennon is my favourite Beatle, and I think he's kind of cute. Considering all the creative lyrics...it outweighs pretty much all the negative things I don't like about him. I am right now wearing a T-shirt that says random things about him and Yoko. Sorry, I've made my point: John is my favourite Beatle and always will be.

IMHO, half a dozen are on the White album and the other half are sprinkled on past masters II & Yellow Submarine. I don't count covers.

No disrespect is intended. Being a Beatlemaniac, I even like these dozen or so songs, but they are simply not in the league of the other material.

The primary point is that a Top-20 list is strictly impossible to do for The Beatles. A top-100 is not even possible.
