  • Did ur car pass emision bro? My eclipse has the same problem

  • @chepiner We don't have emission testing in Florida, so I woouldn't know.

  • i have a 1992 honad accord lx that also burns oil and leaks it...It has about 234k miles and still runs fine.Right now i am having a problem were something it draning the power from the battery

  • @14grostr I had the same problem, it was the glove compartment light getting stuck on.

  • @dragasoni ya my uncle works on cars i took it to him and he took a screw driver and broke the light out.also my battery was about 5 yrs old so it was due for a new one.

  • lol, I also have a 1992 Honda Accord (that is 'rosewood brown', too). It almost has 312,000 miles on it. Its valve seals started going bad last winter, but was fine all throughout the summer. A few weeks ago when it got cooler outside it started smoking for a minute after a cold start, but then she runs just fine. I will replace the valve seals before the end of the year, I swear to it! AllData says it takes 4.6 labor hours to replace ALL of the seals... yay :P

  • ur gona fail emssions and then have to get rid of it

  • @tommychevytommy There are no emmissions or vehicle inspections in Florida.

  • @dragasoni example a why people should not speak stupid thoguhts

  • @tommychevytommy He's right I used to live in Florida. The Palm Bay area

  • just poor brake fuild down the intake it should help re seal the seals

  • it might burn a lil oil, but it's still a Honda & it will last forever!

  • @JakeDaSnakeFilms Honestly, if it lasts another year I'll be really happy.

  • Unnecessary and stressful, what did you do it for?, thumbs down.

  • @miguelsotoseudonimo I was testing how bad the wear had progressed over the past year, my mechanic friend wanted to have a look. The car spent most of its life in the colder climate, and the heat down here did a number on the valve seals. This car is babied 99% of the time.

I wasn’t going to upload this video, but I figured maybe people would like to see what the result of worn valve seals was. I’m sorry if you took this the wrong way.

  • @dragasoni I was "just" thinking about our environment, there's no possibility to take it the wrong way.

  • @miguelsotoseudonimo I know, but it blows the smoke out regardless during the first start up of the day, especially if it was cool the night before. It only blows smoke for the first 2-5 minutes of running and then it stops.
