First rule of demo reels - be brutal. Don't put everything you have on there. If it's not good, cut it, no matter how much you might love it. Half this stuff can go.
I like that you labeled everything.
But
Don't use not standard labels. "Camera Grip" doesn't mean anything. "Tradigital Animation" is actually sort of clever, but as a label on your reel it just looks like a misspelling.
