the black plastic cover on the bottom is used to slide the battery out, aswell as micro SD and simcard. they also had to have a plastic cover to keep the signals going to the antenna from getting weaker because of the unibody construction. (metal)

I guess so, because mumdad reverse charge calls works in any kind of mobile or pay phone therefore it would work on this kind of phone.. I've been using mumdad, and I think it will apply on this one.. you can always ask their customer service for any tech issues and other concerns... ;)

What's the difference between this and the desire? they seem almost identical on the inside to me, and not that different outside.

@sticklebrickz The Desire has a larger screen with better resolution, a 1ghz snapdragon processor compared to a 600mhz qualcomm processor, more RAM. Plus the horrible giant chin on the legend does not stick out anywhere near as much as on the Desire :)

I love my HTC hero but the only thing i hate is the photo lens that shoots awful pictures. Also it would be better if the hero had a photo led flash. I thought they would have thought of that when designing the legend but the legend also doesn't have a led or xenon flash light...

@jogabonito8989 Yep that's true The first time i saw this phone i didn't read the specs but yeah it has a flash but i still think it makes awful pictures. I don't know why but my HTC hero or the 5MP lens on the legend make awful pictures. They will never beat my Nokia N95 8GB which has a very quality lens that makes beautiful pictures...

Yea I have a Hero too and to be honest, it does shoot crappy photos. With the Android 2.1 update in March, we can expect snappier camera performance. HTC proved with the Nexus One that they can produce a good camera so lets hope the Legend and Desire can match up to our expectations ;)

Hi GRiZLOC, I have a HTC Diamond2 and I can assure you it can make better photos than N95, but only in Good lights conditions. But in bad light conditions, Surely win the N95.

And I would add... I have a N78 too, and It makes better photos than N95... It's Flash led is more powerful, and doesn't metter if is camera is 3.2mpx vs. a N95 5 mpx... In this case, N78 wins because of his brand new lens.

And it can focus at a distance lower than 5cm!! While N82, N95, and co. need a minimum of 10cm! :O
