Most of the captains that cruise the Caribbean know the Disney ships, and know the famous Disney horn, however, a lot of their passengers have never heard it, so frequently when they're in port together, they'll get on the radio and ask to have a "horn battle" so that the passengers can hear the horn. The RC ship wasn't telling them anything other than "Thank you", it's pretty cool.
