That doesn't even makes sense. Besides we've actually killed more Iraqis than Saddam did, we actually sent chemical and biological weapons specialists to train Iraqi scientists. This was done to defeat Iran in the late 80's. At the time we viewed Iran as more of a threat than Iraq and the two were fighting wars. Btw, Liberals....errrr....progressives tend to be more culturally minded than conservatives.

you will see in time how good a universal health care is. i was a traveling nurse in the states. the system let down a lot of good familes, even with insurance. i had pt recovering from a heart attack, and his bill was still $72,000. he took a loan against his house at the age of 64. poor guy.

the social security $ you talk about is money that they paid into, and i'd be willing to bet that if they had the option of paying into social security or keeping and investing their own money as they see fit, they would opt for the latter. and you don't know if these people are receiving medicaid benefits or not, so it would behoove you in the future to not make assumptions. Please let me know of a government program that is run efficiently please,or one that hasn't exceeded cost projections.
