Never ceases to amaze me how people these days are able to squeeze every last drop of power out of a 6502-based machine and whip up cool shit like this in these demos. I never saw this level of creativity back in the 80's! :)
It's hardly to believe that 8bit computer with 1.77 MHz could do this. I've got other demos. like checkerboard and others. music should be in stereo (hardware addon)

You have it backwards. The ST sounds like an 8-bit computer. That sound chip was designed in 1978.
The thing is, it's actually less advanced than the POKEY sound chip in this demo.

Are you trying to say that the 8-bit atari is not an 8-bit computer? Its powered by a Motorola 6502. Its 8-bit.

MOS Technology made the 6502, although it was designed by ex-Motorola engineers.
