@antisteax oh, come on. Intros, yes, I guess they don't have the passion anymore. But when I play FIFA 11 I wonder how in the world could I play the old ones, it's amazing how everything has advanced since then. At that time, of course, you couldn't imagine this happening, and the old FIFAs were a wonder to play. But don't say those games were better just because they make you feel nostalgic. The intros were much better though :)

While this game is 9 years old, the epic song has been stuck in my head forever. Over the years, I'd recall it randomly here and there but then instantly forgot about it with... you know, life happening everyday. This time however, I made an effort to track down the song on YouTube and from hereon will listen to it whenever I feel like it.

This game was so beautiful because of the soundtrack. It was more than a soccer game. I hope EA would bring back the tradition for future WC games.

This game...England...Owen... it is my whole childhood. My uncle bought it for about 50 €, it was the BEST game ever. The fireshoot, the celebrations, the sounds.

2 Months ago I found the game in my Gamecube, but the disc can not be readed, so I ordered it in eBay new for 25 €, for me, the price doesn't matter. Now, 8 years after that epic times I love this game the same way like 2002, when it was released. Neither FIFA 11 or another game in the future will beat this game.

I was 6 years old when I play this first. I was controlling England when I was 8 years old. I scored a 90+2 goal versus Brazil in Final with Michael Owen. His celebrations, the music just gave me orgasms. And I cried a lot in that match. Really.

Then, in the 90th minute i played the ball to Owen and there was the 2:1.

Perhaps the best fifa ever (compared to its time). I loved the 'fireballs' and i loved the music. I loved how 'winning goals in world cup finals' had special celibration music. The game made you feel special. AWESOME! FIFA 10 is in many ways much better (realistic, graphical, gameplay etc.) but the dramatic emotions of FIFA 2002WC has never been matched.
