@Tadddius No, Broly was planned. All the talk about the legendary super saiyan, the baby next to Goku that had a power level of 10,000 at birth(which was as strong as King Vegeta at the time). I'm guessing that Vegeta just didn't know his brother had survived. Or that he was one of the less powerful saiyans that got sent off to other worlds as children. I'm not sure though, I haven't seen this particular movie.

Ok, I am a HUGE Dragonball Z fan and I would have to say one thing......this episode makes absolutely no sense at all. If Tarble was Vegeta's brother, then he would be WAY older than what is shown in this episode. I mean, how can Vegeta have a brother if King Vegeta, Vegeta's father, was killed by Frieza while Vegeta himself was under Frieza's control as a child? That means Tarble would have to have not even been conceived yet. Don't get me wrong, the episode is good, but it makes no sense.

It is a 30 minute long OVA (as in NOT an episode of the series), and its great if you want to see the Z gang one last time before GT rapes them.

@brandeezy108 I do agree that the actual voices are purely preference, as some people like to be able to actually understand it, but there is a bit of a trade off. With the English, they try to match the lips, and there are a lot of moments where they talk very awkwardly. Example would be the famous meme "SAD FOR YOUUUUUU"; trying to match the lips didn't work out too well.

Also, the English version changes a lot of the words, and the English viewers misses some of the dialogue in the original.
