The beading fabric is stiff felt purchased from Hobby Lobby.

Bracelet is backed with brown ultrasuede

It was a wonderful experience to bead the cuff bracelet. Do you get lost in the process of bead embroidery? I really do and have no sense of time when in the process. It is wonderful and healing, don't you think?

@grownuphippie Yes I totally agree.. I could sit for hours beading and time just fly. I often wish that I could stop time and just work on my projects for as long as I want. I never seem to have enough time to do all I want to do.. Its in a way a lovely feeling even if it's frustrating at times. How long have you been making bead embroidery jewelry? The original bracelet in the video is not for sale, but to make another, the cost would be around 500.00

Many hours of intricate beadwork and so many beads used, I didn't count them : )

The bracelets begin with focal beads and then bead embroidery is done around them.....one thing leads to another and before you know it, you have a completed work of art : )

If you enjoy beading, you should try bead embroidery

The bracelet was a joy to bead.

The focal bead "spirit bird" was purchased years ago in a quaint little shop in the North Carolina Mountains.

The hand carved bead was the inspiration for the bracelet.
