Getting Along with My College Roommate from Uzbekistan

my room mate in 1st year was a guy I almost had a fight with. It went from yelling and get into each other's faces into grabbing scissors. Lucky thing settling down after the nextdoor and accross the hall calmed us down. And I never saw him again after the year ended.

Second year I living off campus, in a house with 3 others, but around November all 3 moved out, mostly due to each other, and no one moved in. I was left with an entire house for me, and rent is still the same.
