@Anusdhka Another big problem was that Iris and Colonel were originally designed as one Reploid, a theoretical combat diplomat. However, for one reason or another it didn't work, and they were split into two (I think it was a memory issue). When Iris downloaded Colonel's combat data, it basically melted her systems. Even if Zero had just torn apart the armor, Iris was done. It's why she can't be rebuilt.
