I've been doing this kind of thing all day! I love setting challenges for myself. Attacking my fears. I have a hard time talking to people, so the other day I challenged myself to talk to a random person, at the grocery store. It took a while because I didn't know what to bring up, but eventually I had a short conversation about bread. lol. But I feel more confident now. Great video ;)

For your consideration, though...- rather than "attacking" your fears, what would it be like to simply sit with them, give them voice, without identifying with them...? Another words, how would it be to outlet them fully through free form writing without trying to fix or change them... just giving them the sacred space to be heard, while remaining clear in choosing LOVE?
