  • truly amazing

  • Well I'm impressed. If this works I will take my hat off to Sir Richard

  • 5:00 :DDDDDDDDD

  • This company is a front of David Icke. He is an actor who should be in jail for terrorism. Thousands now know who he is.

  • i rather pay for a week of fun with some hookers in germany then pay that much for less then a day.

  • screw the government! we dont need them to go to space!

  • what happened to the 2010 launch date??

  • They need to find a way to dock with a "INS Virgin Hotel". You would have the oppertunity to stay for day's rather than minets. Oh and it's 2 hundreded thousand a seat and 50,000 a day!

That would be 1.1 million for one week for two people! What an Idea.........Thair's a lot of Lotto winners out there!

  • $20million ?!!!!!!! jesus christ thats alot :o

  • Congratulations !

  • paying public lol no paying rich twats

  • Woah, I am also very happy that Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public. Further in the future Virgin Galactic plans to offer orbital spaceflights as well, be excellent to each other...

  • I am very happy to see the vidoe from Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public you, hopefully the others also are happy for You

  • I Love The Video Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public It Can Increase My Knowledge

  • Nice Video Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public. That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You

  • I Really Like The Video Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public From Your

  • Your Video Virgin Galactic is a company within Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group which plans to provide sub-orbital spaceflights to the paying public Is Very Useful Sharing

  • "With climate change approaching, safer, cheaper access to space is essential"... I don't understand that logic, in fact it seems like just a sales pitch.

Each Virgin Galactic flight sends a dangerous message to all, that burning huge amounts of green house gases is highly aspirational.

Richard, please read this article on the Guardian website "It's not rocket science: leaving the planet costs the Earth"

  • Excelsior.

  • On ghostnasa . com It says suborbital space tourism is dangerous. Read it.. It's interesting. There all going to die for buying ticket into space.

  • @123tonysony How many people die in car accidents? And on planes or boats? space travel today is a unique experience, like death xD

  • @whiteskullwhiteskull I search on Google it said about 204,000,000 people die world wide in cars, boats, and planes. It's a lot of death every 2 years, and in space "Zero".

Richard Branson's spaceship isn't safe, one side of the walls are too thin and the other is thicker. It doesn't make any since, the wall behind the passengers covering the engine is only half an inch thick! "Carbon composite" is being argued that it's not good for AeroSpace.

  • how can anyone dislike this? douche bag!

  • Thumbs up if u are watching this in 2011 and u know that next year they are going to launch Virgin Galactic.

  • "This will be a trip, like no other..." Yeah I would be fucking high as hell on that thing trying not to piss my pants...

  • МОЛОДЦЫ!!!

  • I WANNA O_O

  • i'm personally traveling across the milky way pretty soon when Christ returns for those who follow Him, its FREE! you're welcome to join.

  • @MrMaddoxme " For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18 people who choose to reject the things of God think that just because they don't believe it, it means they won't happen. You got another thing coming, unfortunately

  • That thing is rolling around like crazy! There's no way I'd go on that without better roll stabilisation on the way up!

  • @hairball1975 That was the old SpaceShipOne (2004) the new SpaceShipTwo (2011) doesn't roll as much.

  • Does anyone know if feathering can be used for extra-planet exploration? ie. Mars. Seems like game changing tech!

  • @Semicon07 Well, feathering is used to slow the aircraft and stabilize its decent with very little pilot intervention. The technique has been likened to a shuttle cock which was the inspiration for it. Feathering relies on a dense atmosphere and relatively low speed to begin with. So only really is applicable to sub orbital flights. Orbital flights travel at much higher speeds and at a different trajectory. So it is not really useful for anything beyond a sub-orbital flight.

  • $100k per passenger. :)

  • Looks like the opening scene of The Bionic Man

  • looks like its gona spin out of control :O

  • Burt Rutan disagrees with Sir Richard Branson's beliefs about climate change. I would like to suggest that there a relation between Rutan's view of climate change and historic technical accomplishment.

  • We should design a spaceship that goes to mars but can't come back.

If you are going to suicide, suicide in style and contribute to technology.

Then we can sneak in all the corrupt politicians and bankers.

  • ohhh god i rid it i pay 6 b rillion and it's such a very cheap thing because for that beuty the price deserve to ben 15 billion

  • I think they need a second booster to stabilize the ship to be more specific a x4bts turbo booster also I myself would love to experience this now either way I will be becoming an astronaut in 4 years I'm currently in training at NASA at don't worry anyone the future is bright, hopefully this generation in committed to become apart of the space program, for all you that are looking forward to this, get your brains full of knowledge, here this is a brain buster, e = mc sq so what does de +am =

  • @xstr3p0wnsux I just hope they can teach you to use better grammar and syntax properly instead of expressing everything as one big incoherent thought.

  • Erm... is it me or is the SST not very stable?

  • Why is it that Richard Branson's "Space Ship" can't fly to the moon? Are we to believe that it is technologically inferior the Apollo program of from over 50 years ago?

  • @creamrising You're aware that the Saturn V rocket was and still is the most powerful machine that man has ever created right? Not too mention NASA went ahead and ruined it by losing all the plans for the Saturn V so they cant build a new one

  • @ThatAdelaideGuy thats insane. I can't believe they did that.

  • @creamrising Er... no life support systems?

  • Amazing design, and today just watching the last rollout of the shuttle, still sad to see her go.

  • Lol... what do you do when you get into space? THROW SKITTLES EVERYWHERE!

  • fuckin cool.thank god for this guy right .

  • Thank you virgin, may other companies follow in your footsteps

  • this people. . . .this is the begining of something big. Far larger than we can comprehend. Im an engineer and im busy designing a docking station, something similar to an airport but for suborbital flight craft.

  • @jaja7657 Agreed this will change the world forever, it will be popular, there will become more spaceships like this, it will become cheaper, people will gain intrest, the goverments will spend more on it since it is profitable, and technology is getting faster by the day.

  • @jaja7657 Dammit. Oh well, we do need warp nacells...

  • @jaja7657 Btw, put in artificial gravity. Where magnets that are so small that it is like a hair spray, then put in retracting magnets as big as a hall or how ever you are making the SS, and cover it with tile for the feel of home, Earth.

  • @SCIFIguy64 But, make it like a spray like in schools if there are fires, that spray on the people. But warn them! And if I live long enough, I can see the first base on the moon by 2105!

  • While I will never have $200,000 to book my flight, just thinking about the possibilities is awe inspiring.

  • Better than what those stupid parasitic assholes down at NASA charge you to go to space!

$10,000,000?! Are you fucking kidding me?!

    Virgin Galactic you fucking own!

  • @101zulu uhh you know that to launch people safely into space, it costs NASA about $450,000,000

  • @decemberdazzle That's ridiculous.

  • @decemberdazzle why would it cost nasa any money?

  • @decemberdazzle virgin only goes to sub orbital hights, you are only "technicaly" in space but not even close to being able to stay for as long as you want, 0 G is only acheived because the craft is in a eliptical flight

... to reach orbit it takes much more.

  • if i had the chance to go on this thing, ..I'll give it a BIG miss...did you see it shaking like a gooden......

  • @2labem remember that is spaceship one and not the new and improved two

  • Probably costs a lot of money because they've got to build that piece from which the 'spaceship' detaches itself from.

  • exactly 200k lol. 10k in years to come.

  • 200,000 $ at least

  • How much does it cost????
