As a kid in the 1960's I NEVER missed an episode of this show, I've prolly seen every episode 20 times. I just noticed something in this vid, Barbara Gordon's hair goes from short and black, to long and red. I guess one of them is a wig.

@clintonearlwalker You just noticed? It was a bit of clever costume camouflage to throw off those who would be looking for her in everyday life. The down side was, if some thug grabbed her by the hair, OFF would come her mask! It was a risk she had to take.

Now that you mention it, I guess I did see that wig with her mask on a couple of occasions sitting on that wig holder. I just never really put the 2 together. Also, at that age I wasn't really looking at her hair :)

There's something else you might take a look at, speaking of subtle camouflage. Notice that when Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson are in public as themselves, Dick always walks on the same side of Bruce (left or right, I forget now). But when they are working as Batman and Robin, Robin always walks on the opposite side. A visual and symbolic separation of characters. Clever. :)

@flamingmarsupial I never noticed that they walked on particular sides of each other at different times, but now that you mention it, I suppose it's correct. I do remember things like the "Alf cycle" and the "Bat cycle", not the Batgirl cycle but the motorcycle I seem to remember Batman and Robin riding with a bullet proof windshield, it might have been in the movie. I always wanted a Bat cycle, still do, especially with a bullet proof windshield. My windshield scratches to easily.

Her theme music is almost as good as the I dream of Genie s3 and WW themes. Its just the lyrics and the singing that didn't quite cooked here. Fortunately they dropped the singing after 2 failed attempts.
