GW hands an immense economic advantage to China, when teh wordl started cooling in 1998. So 11 years ago. GW so wrong.
Each nation that builds 1 million new solar powered BERM houses in 2010, will be the nation that succeeds in 2012.
We must cut world population growth by 60% in 2011, to save the environment.
China has done the best in reducing population growth.
For that reason, its economy is the best.
