Ok, then you support the killing of all black people in this country? After all the crime rate would be reduced in half. According to your logic, that would be OK.

Read Freakonomics. Abortion is a nasty thing and really should rarely happen considering the availability of birth control, but it's a nesessary (sp?) evil. Kids who grow up with crappy home lives have a much higher liklyhood to become criminals and hurt innocent people. The stats are there to prove it.
