I thought you were sapposed to do something to get the keys from the slot machine and Then try to open the trucks with the keys but then it wont move and then you use strength and it moves then mew appears, lol somebody said its a whole and you fall through it to jhoto
@demonwolfdawg i dont know who told you that, but thats a lie. there is no johto in those versions. only in the generation 2 games and up. and you can get anything but coins from the slot machines.
well, i guess the only way i could explaine it is by either finding a video or making a video myself. just look up "how to get mew pokemon R/B/Y/G", and you should vind a video explaining it.
Stats are okay, but worse than MewTwo. Frankly, he is fairly average, but if you find a hi DV mew, that shit is worth eBaying, or saving if you are a diehard fan. Even then, mew has its uses.
mispelt. i was tired... I meant high DV... which is deter value. Deter Value is the 1~15 randomized points added to a pokemon's stats in old games that granted them their originality from other pokemon of the same type. each DV equalled 2 stat points. I would go into more detail but you really should look it up yourself. its interesting stuff for diehard poke-fans.
yea depending on the stats with high DVs and moves... each stat has a different DV count each one arranged from 0-15.. not 1 as I said earlier, since u can get 0 stats for it. The strongest pokemon have all DVs of 15 and are extremely hard to catch. This would mean a +30 to each stat. Since the newer games, DVs are now called IVs (post-GSC). I once had a mew that was 1 DV off in a stat... I was so happy it was strong, yet so sad it wasn't perfect. Spent 3 days trying to get it. :O
I should also mention that post-GSC the way IVs worked was different than the original DV system. Also, DVs are what affect your chances of getting a shiny pokemon. If a Pokémon's Speed, Defense, and Special DVs are 10, and its Attack IV is 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14 or 15, in GSC and earlier, than you will have a shiny. Breeding can be used to increase the chances of getting a shiny.
MewTwo has superior stats, however mew can be equipped with a nice build with Softboiled, Psychic, and Double Team.
The last skill for mew depends on whether or not you want to trade to GSC or not. In GSC you should teach it a physical attack to deal with dark pokemon easily.
nawnaw teach him Softboiled, Double Team, Psychic and another move of your choice, and you have a pretty badass character. I usually imported to G/S/C after lvl 100 so I taught it anti-dark pokemon skills. It is nowhere as strong as mewtwo, but it is still good.
Either mew glitch it, which u can find on glitchcity, or get it via a tournament... but those aren't really hosted for old games and mew prizes anymore.

When I did this on my Yellow, the truck was SOUTH of the SS Ane in the WATER!
Say, maybe Mew's not in yellow, but is beneath the truck in Red/Blue. MissingNo isn't in Yellow either you know.
DoctorTopper 2 years ago
actualy, missingno is in yellow, but you can only get him so much and during a certian point. you can also get mew legit.
