It should be limited to a very narrow scope, with the MAJORITY of it's power in national defense and the justice system. Furthermore, when a company works perfectly, it should have the exact amount of workers it needs, not more or less. If it needs workers, they should get paid on their level of necessity. If a worker is necessary but in a low-skill position, he is easily replaced if he isn't doing the best job. @fukujoutube Of course, no superpower lasts forever. However the line of superpower and high world power are blurring. And we are in a great position to stay on top for a long time, and even after to be near the top. I agree with your assessment of our border security, but not about the multicultural piece. Maintaining ties with other nations through their populations in the U.S. will strengthen our country. That is, as long as they are productive members of our nation.

@Anonymous220880 Hard work is conditional, but universal. Every job requires hard work for success. Personal opinions on what jobs are more important than others aside, there is a way to work hard in anything one does. Again, supply and demand works for jobs too.

@Anonymous220880 Then we agree on something! The U.S. government is a bigger problem than all of the 'solutions' it comes up with. It should be limited to a very narrow scope, with the MAJORITY of it's power in national defense and the justice system. SOME entitlement programs are good, but the vast majority need to be cut and reformed. In addition, a number of agencies were created which do not need to exists, or have grown to be too expensive or have too much power.

Yes but you have to keep in mind that not every country cost the same to live in.
If i live in Germany it would cost me 1/2 of what my household cost's me now.
So it's always cheaper to start a company where the cost are low like Germany.
And that means that the people with the highest cost would have the least amount of work in there Country.
There must be some rules to make sure that something like that wont happen.
And again in a free market taxes are illegal!

Also, if you made the environment better for U.S. companies and lowered the costs of operating a company in the U.S., more companies would hire more workers. What is your corporate tax rate? Outsourcing happens when there are several reasons, a number of which are the linked to the business environment created by the state/national government.

@Playit87 Effective Corp tax rates are around 0%. Lower the tax rate all you want but you need to get rid of the loopholes then. By the way taxes aren't the problem..how do you compete when someone is willing to work for a dollar an hour? That's why the jobs are leaving and never coming back.

Furthermore, when a company works perfectly, it should have the exact amount of workers it needs, not more or less. If it needs workers, they should get paid on their level of necessity. If a worker is necessary but in a low-skill position, he is easily replaced if he isn't doing the best job. Otherwise you create entitlement societies which believe things should be GIVEN rather than EARNED.

AGAIN...I'm NOT SAYING EVERYTHING should be free market! I'm saying a free market based economy is superior to a socialist based system. I'm saying the GOVERNMENT needs to spend less money on broken social programs, (like an unfunded Medicare program) and be less present in everyday life. Let people keep most the money they earn. This will encourage them to want to do better to provide better for their families.

@Anonymous220880 I'm saying taxes should be spent on things the national government should be involved in. Telling me where I can go and what doctors I can see is not one of those things. Company's can provide insurance to keep costs down for their employees, but that is a prerogative of the company to make their company more competitive for qualified people. The insurance companies need to make the best services available to make THEIR product most competitive.

What does the 'fair share' of the profits mean then!? People are paid on their level of importance. Want to be more important? Get a undergrad degree, then a masters and experience. We need to keep this to one thread, not your beliefs versus mine. What is your main problem with America? I will go with 'free market capitalism,' since you still seem to think I want everything run with it's tenets in place. Military, emergency services, infrastructure, all acceptable government programs.

Well pretty easy if your Company is making millions your not giving a fair share to your workers.
Pay every doctor the same amount of money and the same counts for every other job, because that's the only way Capitalism will ever work. Because how will it work for everyone if Company's move to low cost Country's..
You can still make more money if you are s doctor compared to a warehouse worker.
Give people a fair share, if you are making millions it's NOT fair in any way.

You are for Capitalism and the free market, but at the same time you show support to thing that kills free market and Capitalism.
You cant have one without the other, If to many people get rich the system will fail.
If you have a Company you need all the people in your company to produce or deliver your services.
They all put in there share to make you that profit, so reward them what they deserve.
