  • Hello there! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father lost plenty of stubborn fat.

  • @Donald7940 Its just a pull up bar with ab straps. You can get a pull up bar for like 20, maybe 30 dollars. Some of the bars come with a piece of paper you can send in for free ab straps and only pay shipping and handling. Not sure how much they are on their own.

  • @kotetsiaoplo There is no such thing as losing belly fat, you lose fat all over your body when you burn calories, and yes football is very good cardio which will help you lose fat

  • wait what? Top 5 exercises to get a six pack fast? First of all, the transformation process is different depending on the amount of bodyfat among other factors. Secondly, everyone already have a "sixpack" the trick is to "burn the fat". Also you can't burn fat in a specific area. These exercises are good but if you don't keep tab on your calorie intake there won't be a sixpack, period. Cablecrunches/weight exercises.   • @RealABquest you still need to work your abs to build them.If you have low body fat and dont work abs properly your abs will be just flat.Of course if theyre covered by fat they will never be visible no matter how strong your abs are but some people already have low body fat and need to work their abs to build them just like any other muscle.Saying that everyone has "sixpack" is like saying that everyone has biceps.Of course everyone does but if they dont work it their biceps will be just tiny

  • @comperko True, what I think he meant to say was that you don't necessarily need to train your abs to get the "magic" six pack that's circulating around the internet, it's already there. Lots of people still don't realize that. In a contest between small biceps vs visible abs albeit "flat", the guy with the abs will always look better trained. He did mention cable crunches which I guess was a tip on a good ab exercise but I don't know tbh :p

  • @UploadedL yes, but doing the excercises and cardio type excercises, help you lose the fat. You also want to watch what you eat though too. Like, not eating cheetos.

  • @djcoldboy not a problem at all. as long as he doesn't do exercises that might hurt him or damage his joints or tendons, its fine- but that applies to everybody, i guess. my dad had the same worries when i started working out (around the same age, i might even have been 13) and our physician said its completely harmless

  • @omardinoc6 Just keep your lower back straight and use your mind to order your body to contract the abs to use them efficiently and benefit from the workout. Where your mind goes, your body follows :)

  • something i have noticed is that if you have a (little) more body fat aka for me 2 top abs and that is it, then you can usually build muscle easier than the really skinny guys that have the skinny guy six pack, then theres this freak of nature lol.

  • I take kickboxing ive been doing it for a year now before that ive lost alot of wait and i gained muscle and got more cut but everythings good except the abs i have them but i still got some body fat in their so should i just do these exercises?? or whats your opinion

  • im 6'2 150 i been trying to gain muscle forever BUT i finally found a solution i been doing this for a week and the trick is WATER!! drink lots lots and LOTS of water! it makes you soo much stronger! i was stuck at a workout for a month only been doing a tiny bit more each time i worked out sometimes theyll be no improvement i started drinking lotssss of water and i got soo much stronger it was unbelievable! TRY IT start drinking LOTS of water and watch how strong you get!

  • @dSwaqq144 im being serious....i was doing a push up workout routine and at the end of 6 weeks ill be able to do 100! but i was stuck at the last day of week 3 for a month and a half than i read that drinking crazy amounts of water makes you stronger so i tried it and than worked out i passed that week easily and i went from only being able to do 4 chin ups to doing 7 than from not being able to do 1 pull up to being able to do 3 so my workout in some areas tripled! it never increases that much

  • key is to burn the fat off. All the ab exercises in the world don't mean shit until you get rid of the fat.

  • Is it ok to do this before breakfast, just after I wake up? I've been told by many people who exercise that I can exercise minimum 2 hours after my meal and that I shouldn't exercise without having some meal before, But maybe in case of stomach and in the early morning it's different? The problem is that I would have to wake up very early, deep in the night, to eat my meal, stopping my sleep and so on

  • Lol, in MMA its isn't just about size. One of my friends is the smallest guys i've ever known and doesnt look big at all, but in his last MMA fight he beat his opponent(who was twice as big as him) in 30seconds flat with a flying arm-bar.

  • @gforcecable If you only weigh 124ibs. you could definetly go ahead and start doing ab exercises. Though don't expect results right off the bat, it takes a while to get abs and once you get them you still have to tone them till' there worthy of being noticed.

  • I'm skinny as hell, 24 yrs old 5'6-5'7 and only 130lbs. I could eat fast food for a year all day and not gain any fat. Is working out even worth it? I've been for a few months, and although I'm a lot stronger (was never weak or out of shape, always played baseball and ride dirtbikes), only minor differences are noticeable; however I work out very lightly at night only. I know I have to eat more, but is working out worth it as it burns a lot of calories?

  • @BER2ERKER u cant work out lightly. Ull never get results like dat u gada work out till failure. im skinnier den u im 21, 5'5 and currently 124 pounds n have a very fast metabolism. I used to b 98 pounds but since ive been workin out intensively plus eatin 5 meals a day i have gained muscle.

  • Henyo911 ... abs are not hard to get i do 500 situps a day 250 when i wake up and 250 before i go to bed. Try doing 100 situps a day dont skip a day. DO THEM EVERYDAY FOR 5WEEKS.

You are going to hurt yourself if you on a diet you still have to eat food just watch what you eat. i was a big guy then i lost it then i had surgery gained the weight back now i lost it again. baked chicken, salad, stir frie, no fried foods. dont eat to much food were you get full cause you expand your belly that way. eating good is part of a good diet. im 193pounds ripped and strong and i have a 6pack

  • This is my diet, for breakfast, I eat nothing at all, for lunch, I eat 2 apple slices and a glass of milk. For dinner, I eat a whole apple. And repeat everyday. Is that good for a diet?
