  • And I didn´t see Gloria Steinem here... big fail.

  • Ok, Beyonce didn´t win a Nobel Prize nor faced the nazism, but I think she´s a great woman. Through her music she gives great examples of independence. I just think it´s a pitty that she gives so much value to beauty, but nothing is perfect...

  • deep down women know they are not equal to men thats why they have to make up a day to celebrate who they are lol how feeble is that

  • Just for womens day i think ill let the girls in my family work in the kitchen for an extra hour!!!

  • Women exist to serve men. Women are like animals and need to be trained, or else chaos prevails. Every woman is a liar about what she wants. Every woman wants to be led by a stronger man. Every woman respects a dominant man, even if she complains about him. She still respects his power.

Once you start training a woman with your decisions, the rest follows from there. Submission is every woman's deepest evolutionary need. Real men make decisions and don't apologize for what they want.

  • @JesusManson323 LOL! You sound like another American single living in their mum's basement.

  • where's Kim Kardashian and Bieber?

  • International Women's Day, also referred to as International Sammich Making Day.

  • I can assure you they would be ashamed when we turn a blind eye to the neglect of our family. At the end of the day its just a job. Family first, we need better rewards from the government to have kids. Spend less money changing laws to suit the needs of other races migrating to the country. Stop believing the propaganda that woman in the professional work force is good. Politically it is not correct!!!!

  • Not having kids, or replacing a job that a man could have in a professional position is unpatriotic.Having to depend on immigrate to sustain growth in your own country is unpatriotic. The fact that divorce is upAnd crime is too is a direct result of woman in the work force taking good jobs, shameful, disrespectful

And negligent to the country our parents fought to preserve during the world wars.

  • You idiots, the Queen at 1:28 is VICTORIA.

  • The photographs are changing too fast, hard for viewer to read and see the pictures.

  • Another triumphalist video, that elevates women whilst stomping on men. The statistics quoted are from highly biased sources. Women's Aid for instance is run by men-hating radical feminists! How reliable should I regard their claims? Feminism encourages female distrust or hatred of men, and naive men to feel ashamed of 'oppression' that never existed. Feminism is a creed of hate!

  • @dalriada842 Do you have a mother? Because feminists are fighting so that she can life her life without fear of being raped, and the ability to earn the same as a man doing the same job.

Feminists don't hate men, oppression did and still does exist that is why we have had to fight for the right to vote, the right to be educated and the right to work.

Do your research before patronising to me!

I fight so that I can walk down the street without fear.

  • @contempgirl Both my parents are dead. I'm more than twice your age. Of the hundreds of research projects on rape carried out in the West, those produced by feminists consistently produce much higher figures, and have had their methodology analysed and are found wanting ie they are the product of 'Advocacy Research'.

A related topic you may find interesting: /watch?v=RliMu2JxVr0

The pay gap myth has also been debunked many times. Check out Why Men Earn More by Warren Farrell.

  • @contempgirl You may find the YouTube channel manwomanmyth interesting, as it tackles the points you have raised in a large number of very professionally produced videos. The perception you have of the world is a distorted one, created by constant exposure to feminist propaganda in the media. Constant repetition of lies in the media does not make those lies true!

The video stomps on men because of the lies being told, that denigrate men. This makes naive women resentful and naive men ashamed.

  • @contempgirl Interesting webpage, and website in general:

    angryharry. com/es-Where-Are-All-The-Sex-Slaves. htm?note

You'll learn a lot at this website if you are really interested in learning about the world.

And some 50 year old fiction, that is a cautionary tale for the future:

    en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Harrison_Bergeron

Remove the space after the periods in the web address.

  • @dalriada842 And where can you point to this video stomping on men, it states the facts in a way the hopes to inspire change.

  • @contempgirl Check out this video to see the harmful effect feminism has on men: /watch?v=K_uRIMUBnvw

These guys are like Stockholm Syndrome sufferers!

And here are three response videos, including one from a New Zealand woman!

    /watch?v=qbPirZRVGx8

    /watch?v=bgDYVNK-4ag

  • Jeanne (Jehanne) d’Arc should be there!

  • Margaret Thatcher???really? i heard she was a pretty horrible woman

  • hhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • 1:27 : she is not Queen Elizabeth but Victoria .......

  • lemme pull my pants down

girls, it's all yours now for 24h

  • So apparently women are better than men now. Good job ignoring the millions of men who literally built the world we have today. Feminists are pathetic.

  • Can we have an International MEN'S Day?

    Thought not.

    Sexists.

  • I love this video but…Marie Antoinette? Seriously?

    XP

  • Yes, how shall we affect social "justice" for women??? Oh, yes, by making up more hysterical supremacist feminist lies about men, including fake pay and domestic violence claims... SEARCH youtube The Myth of Women's Oppression (and watch the other four key videos while you're there, from that host, thehappymisogynist - named that by angry feminists, mad as hell at him for telling and proving the truth and standing up for true equality - the last thing feminists would REALLY want)

  • @addvoc8 This a one of the ploys of the ruling elite to DIVIDE humans down lines of gender, race, age and faith.

Examples : Race For Life Cancer Research (women only event), Black Police Federation, anti-terror laws,etc...

    Dived and Conquer.

    It usually works.

  • @addvoc8 Oh please go grow a pair is it really that scary that a woman could earn the same as a man for the same job, or want to walk the streets in without fear.

It is not a same group of people demanding something crazy it is 51% of the population wanting to live in a world where their quality of life is not determined by their gender.

And you should care these statistics aren't just about feminists they are all women, that includes your mother, sisters, daughters.

  • For all my SISTA'S who were highly offended by this video (Beyonce as the first image and representative shown for equality and civil rights activism! PLEASE!!!!), go to YouTube's The Shoulders We Stand On to see MY tribute to YOU!!!

  • great work ... just two more changes... at 2:03 is joni. mitchell not janis joplin...and diane fossey is misspelled and aghree why marie antoinette and also twiggy who was a skinny exploited women ??

  • As I have already said the Queen Vic is a typo... I had a very tight deadline on the video and adding the names very last minute (i was originally going to leave the names out and just have the photos). Don't get yourself into a flap! It was just a mistake.

  • @ 1:26 – That's Queen Victoria! Not Queen Elizabeth the second, the current monarch, or even Queen Elizabeth the first. It's a sad mistake to make on a day meant to honour women's achievements. It's especially sad when you consider that the LUU is made up of University students, British University students, who should know better.

No doubt most of the men who watched this went away feeling superior.

    Also @ 1:46 – Not Amelia Earhart.

  • @ 1:26 – that's Queen Victoria! Not Queen Elizabeth the second, or first, for that matter. A sad mistake to make on a day celebrating women's achievements, especially by a British group. It is doubly embarrassing since this is a University group. No doubt all the men who watched went away feeling superior. And @ 1:44, not Amelia Earhart.

  • @ 1:26 – that's Queen Victoria! Not Queen Elizabeth the second, or first, for that matter. A sad mistake to make on a day celebrating women's achievements. No doubt all the men who watched went away feeling superior.

  • Thanks again for taking the time to view. Happy international women's day!

  • Also, sorry about the odd mistake. You start to go a bit cross-eyed after typing in so many different names, so please forgive the queen vic typo. Also, Margaret thatcher is in the list because she was the first and only female uk prime minister, as awful as she may have been, that is still quite an achievement.

  • Thanks for all the nice comments. I'd just like to point out that this is by no means meant to be a comprehensive list of women, but rather a varied range of influential, successful or inspiring women. Please feel free to add to the list, and write who you think are great women :)

  • Imagin 100 years ago someone invented the first woman! All though i do not know who. Does anyone know? I would like too know.

  • Very inspiring ........ Happy International Women's Day!!

  • Marie Antoinette is NOT a role model for International Women's Day

  • A fine video. But some choices are a bit odd. (Margaret Thatcher? Yuck.) Let me suggest some other worthy and often overlooked women instead: Annie Besant, Olympe De Gouges, Vandana Shiva, Tomoe Gozen, Julia Margaret Cameron, Artemisia Gentilesch, Agnes Macphail, Hypatia, Mary Leakey, Wangari Maathai, Mary Seacole, and many many more.

  • so where is the women known for driving?

  • Also, the picture of Queen Victoria (long since dead) has Queen Elizabeth's name on it.

  • great

  • very uplifting! But please label Victoria correctly. And why is Marie Antoinette there?

  • cant put beyonce in the same pile as anne frank....or a peace activist

  • @eos3636 I don't know her music in the destiny's child years were feminist I'm thinking Independent Woman and Bootylicious and she runs a business. I would say she is a pretty good role model to young girls. Marie Antoinette is who I don't get there's a woman whose inactivity helped kill her family 'let them eat cake' she was a queen her job was to protect her people not get her hair done.

  • Very cool video...except the few caption/photo mix ups.

  • Nice Job!

  • well done! love the song, good choice :)

  • Well done!

Two things though - first, you have Janis Joplin (and so you should!), but then you have the incredible Joni Mitchell, but with Janis Joplin's name again instead of her own. Also, 1 very special woman who was omitted, the lovely Princess Diana.

    Happy Women's Day to all...

    Deborah Wallace

  • The first 'Queen Elizabeth' is actually Queen Victoria.

    Good song though
