Somaliland will take you(Puntland) over in the true form of broader SOMALIA as long as D-Block's intrests are acknowledged by all. The reason is that D-Block is very much so needed by both parties becouse neither can stand on their own without D-Block. D-Block is got Hol-hol, which can produce more than 500,000 barrels of OIL daily. At just $50/barrel that equalls to over $10 Billion annually if not more.
