black mage you beat rainbow cup 200 or more points over computer. and cactuar you score 800 more in star cup in any game. which of course is jr. street. which then you unlock glare dessert. you whave to look for cactuar's head and dribble on it in exhibition then win the match to unlock him.

well, firts you must do the star tournament, and in the casino level you must to win with 800 points over then you'll won a new level. you should play there and you are going to see something in the floor of that stage, rebound the ball several times (a lot) on it and you have him... good luck

to get a cactuar u have to unlock the gira gira desert by winning 800 points in any match in the star cup then once u unlocked the desert use dixie kong and play in the deert for a while then u should see a green lump with spikes on it chase it and dribble on it if u do this enough then the cactuar will pop out and attack and leave then all u gotta do is win the battle or quit and whn u do quit there will be a message sayin you unlocked cactuar"
