I call bs right here.... 0:10 the SSD does NOT affect post speed, the left pc started later than the right.. Time it from the lenovo logo not the button press.
I'm thinking about getting some ssd only for linux and windows partitions. I have t61 too, with 250 Gb samsung 7200rpm. After watching a lot of ssd thinkpad bootloading movies, I've got to say that mine is very similar, which makes me pretty confused about ssd :(
